The ShreeJi Live Line app securely stores and handles the personal data you provide to us, ensuring the smooth functioning of our services. It's important for you to take responsibility for the security of your phone and access to the app. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this process removes software restrictions and limitations set by the official operating system. Doing so can make your phone susceptible to malware, viruses, and other malicious programs, potentially compromising its security features. It may also result in the ShreeJi Live Line app not working properly or not functioning at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things for which ShreeJi Live Line will not take responsibility. Some features of the app require an active internet connection, which can be either Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. If you're using the app in an area without Wi-Fi, please remember that the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. This means you may be charged by your provider for data usage while accessing the app or incur other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data

charges if you use the app outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you're not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please ensure you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Similarly, Shree Ji Live Line cannot always be held responsible for how you use the app. It's your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device's battery runs out and you're unable to turn it on to access the service, Shree Ji Live Line cannot accept responsibility.
